What are RangeVault patterning stickers?

The system uses two parts: a small aiming circle that the shooter places on the target before shooting, and a larger patterning sticker that gets applied over the shot pattern afterward. Together they enable our AI to accurately detect pellet strikes and analyze your pattern.

Do I need stickers to use RangeVault?

Stickers provide the most accurate AI pattern analysis results. Pro subscribers can also download and print their own aiming circle templates. You can still log scores and manage equipment without stickers.

How many stickers do I need?

It depends on how often you pattern test. The Starter Pack (10) is great for trying it out, the Standard Pack (25) suits regular shooters, and the Pro Pack (50) or Bulk Pack (100) are ideal for frequent testing or clubs.

Store stickers in a cool, dark place. They use direct thermal printing on weather-resistant paper — keeping them out of direct light preserves print quality and extends shelf life.

Place a RangeVault sticker on your target, take your shots, then photograph the target with your phone. Our computer vision technology automatically detects each pellet strike and generates a detailed analysis including heatmap visualization, point of impact, pellet count, density, and evenness scores.

Available for Member and Pro subscribers, bird-by-bird tracking lets you record the result of each individual bird (hit or miss) using a visual 5x5 grid. This helps identify patterns in your misses and track improvement over time.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time through the app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free tier.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Physical product purchases are processed through Shopify Payments.

Data retention depends on your subscription tier: Free retains 15 days, Member retains 2 years, and Pro retains data indefinitely. Data beyond your tier's limit may no longer be accessible.

As a PWA, RangeVault can work with limited connectivity. However, syncing data, uploading pattern photos, and accessing your full history requires an internet connection.
